California High School Basketball - Oakland can't hold off Oakland Tech

(February 8, 2012: Oakland, CA 94611) The Oakland Tech Bulldogs basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the visiting Oakland Wildcats to 65 in the Bulldogs league victory on Wednesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 12-9 record. They play next when they host Skyline for a Oakland contest on Friday, February 10. Oakland Tech will meet a Titans team coming off a 57-51 league loss to McClymonds (Oakland, CA). The Titans record now stands at 14-8.

The Wildcats (2-19) will now prepare for their contest against Fremont (Oakland, CA). The Tigers come into the Oakland contest with a 5-13 record. In their last contest, Fremont was nudged by Castlemont (Oakland, CA), 58-51, in a league contest.
