Texas High School Basketball - Alief Elsik can't hold off Cy-Woods

(December 10, 2011: Houston, TX 77411) The Cy-Woods Wildcats basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Alief Elsik Rams to 45 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Wildcats now sport a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Concordia Lutheran for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. Cy-Woods will meet a Crusaders team coming off a 56-40 non-league loss to Klein Oak (Spring, TX). The Crusaders record now stands at 8-8.

The Rams (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against Manvel (Manvel, TX). The Mavericks enter the non-league contest with a 15-2 record.
