Game Summary

California High School Football - San Clemente held off by Mission Viejo

(October 31, 2008: Mission Viejo, CA 92691) Mission Viejo Diablos (Mission Viejo, CA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting San Clemente Tritons (San Clemente, CA), 42-37 in a league test.

With the triumph, Mission Viejo improves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Diablos travel to Dana Hills (Dana Point, CA) to battle the Dolphins in a South Coast test on Friday, November 7. The Dolphins come into the test with a record of 5-3. Dana Hills won 57-14 in their recent league test against Aliso Niguel (Aliso Viejo, CA)

With the loss, San Clemente drops to 6-2 on the campaign. The Tritons travel to Capistrano Valley (Mission Viejo, CA) to battle the Cougars in a South Coast test on Friday, November 7. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 3-5. Capistrano Valley lost 42-0 in their recent league test against Tesoro (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA)
