Texas High School Baseball - Coppell loses to Flower Mound

(April 9, 2011: Coppell, TX 75019) The Coppell Cowboys baseball team (Coppell, TX), was overwhelmed 8-3 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting Flower Mound Jaguars (Flower Mound, TX)

The Jaguars now hold a 16-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Plano for a 5A Region I District 8 outing on Tuesday, April 12. Flower Mound will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 16-6 non-league win over North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 21-3.

The Cowboys (20-6) will now prepare for their game against Fossil Ridge (Keller, TX). The Panthers go into the 5A Region I District 7 game with a 10-13 record.
