Washington High School Basketball - Sammamish ripped by Interlake

(December 9, 2011: Bellevue, WA 98008) The Interlake Saints basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Sammamish Totems to 23 in the Saints league triumph on Friday.

The Saints now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Evergreen for a non-league contest on Monday, December 12. Interlake will meet a Wolverines team coming off a 49-43 league loss to Tyee (SeaTac, WA). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-3.

The Totems (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Washington (Kirkland, WA). The Kangaroos enter the 2A/3A KingCo contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Lake Washington trounced Mount Si (Snoqualmie, WA), 42-33, in a league contest.
