Washington High School Basketball - Sultan succumbs to Interlake
(December 5, 2011: Bellevue, WA 98008) The Interlake Saints topped the visiting Sultan Turks basketball team by a final score of 51-42 in Monday's non-league test.
The Saints (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Mount Si (Snoqualmie, WA). The Wildcats go into the 2A/3A KingCo test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Mount Si went down by Mercer Island (Mercer Island, WA), 65-43, in a league test.
The Turks now own a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host King's for a 1A/2A Cascade test on Thursday, December 8. Sultan will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 74-38 non-league win over Highline (Burien, WA). The Knights record now stands at 1-2.
