(December 27, 2011: Hondo, TX 78861) The Burnet Bulldogs (Burnet, TX) basketball knocked off the host Hondo Owls (Hondo, TX), 59-39 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Rosehill Christian (Tomball, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 12-4 record.
The Owls now own a 8-13 record. They take the field next when they host Fredericksburg for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 28. Hondo will clash with a Billies squad coming off a 66-28 non-league loss to Cedar Ridge (Round Rock, TX). The Billies record now stands at 7-7.
