Indiana High School Basketball - Richmond edges Anderson
(February 3, 2012: Richmond, IN 47374) The Richmond Red Devils (Richmond, IN) basketball nipped the visiting Anderson Indians (Anderson, IN), 69-62 in Friday's league test.
The Red Devils (14-3) will now prepare for their test against New Castle (New Castle, IN). The Trojans go into the North Central test with a 14-2 record. In their last test, New Castle got by Marion (Marion, IN), 67-63, in a league test.
The Indians now own a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they host Muncie Central for a North Central test on Thursday, February 9. Anderson will clash with a Bearcats squad coming off a 68-64 non-league loss to Pendleton Heights (Pendleton, IN). The Bearcats record now stands at 14-3.
