California High School Basketball - Vintage falls to Wood
(January 24, 2012: Napa, CA 94558) The Wood Wildcats basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Vintage Crushers to 52 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vacaville for a Monticello Empire contest on Friday, January 27. Wood will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 59-47 league loss to Armijo (Fairfield, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-12.
The Crushers (12-9) will now prepare for their contest against Napa (Napa, CA). The Indians enter the Monticello Empire contest with a 6-13 record. In their last contest, Napa lost by Fairfield (Fairfield, CA), 100-84, in a league contest.
