Florida High School Baseball - Glades Day loses to American Heritage
(April 13, 2011: Belle Glade, FL 33430) The Glades Day Gators baseball team (Belle Glade, FL), was overwhelmed 12-0 in Wednesday's league outing with the visiting American Heritage Stallions (Delray Beach, FL)
The Stallions now hold a 17-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to King's Academy for a 2A District 13 outing on Friday, April 15. American Heritage will face a Lions team coming off a 7-5 league win over Pope John Paul II (Boca Raton, FL). The Lions record now stands at 13-7.
Next, the Gators face the Clewiston Tigers (Clewiston, FL) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, April 14. Glades Day will attempt to advance on its 9-11 season record. The Tigers enter the outing with a 7-9 record after their 7-6 league loss to St. Andrew's (Boca Raton, FL).
