Texas High School Basketball - Palo Duro falls to Carroll

(December 28, 2011: Amarillo, TX 79107) The Carroll Dragons basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Palo Duro Dons to 36 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Dragons now sport a 19-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DeSoto for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29.

The Dons (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Randall (Amarillo, TX). The Raiders enter the 4A Region I District 3 contest with a 6-10 record.
