Kansas High School Basketball - Decatur Community falls to Hill City

(February 6, 2012: Hill City, KS 67642) The Hill City Ringnecks basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Decatur Community Red Devils to 51 in the Ringnecks non-league triumph on Monday.

The Ringnecks now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Golden Plains for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 7. Hill City will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 48-31 non-league win over Cheylin (Bird City, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-8.

The Red Devils (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against Norton (Norton, KS). The Bluejays enter the non-league contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Norton was defeated by Smith Center (Smith Center, KS), 64-14, in a league contest.
