California High School Volleyball - Steele Canyon over Valhalla
(April 5, 2011: El Cajon, CA 92019) The Steele Canyon Cougars (Spring Valley, CA) volleyball overcame the host Valhalla Norsemen (El Cajon, CA), 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.
With the win, Steele Canyon upgrades its record to 11-5 on the year. The Cougars host Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA) to play the Eagles in a Grossmont Hills bout on Thursday, April 7. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 8-3. Granite Hills lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Grossmont (El Cajon, CA)
The Norsemen now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they host Grossmont for a Grossmont Hills bout on Thursday, April 7. Valhalla will play a squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA). The record now stands at 12-3.
