Maryland High School Football - McDonough drops to Westlake

Westlake Wolverines (Waldorf, MD) football team knocked off the visiting
McDonough Rams (Pomfret, MD), by a final score of
50-28.
The Wolverines (3-0) will now prepare for their game against
Great Mills (Great Mills, MD). The Hornets come into the
Southern Maryland game with a 0-3 record. In their last game,
Great Mills was dropped by
Severn (Severna Park, MD),
29-12, in a non-league game.
The Rams now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to
Friendly for a non-league game on Friday, September 28.
McDonough will battle a Patriots team coming off a
36-0 league win over
Crossland (Temple Hills, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 3-0.
