Oklahoma High School Basketball - Lawton nipped by Palo Duro

(December 2, 2011: Lawton, OK 73507) The Palo Duro Dons held off the host Lawton Wolverines basketball team by a tally of 50-46 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Dons now sport a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Randall for a 4A Region I District 3 battle on Monday, December 12.

The Wolverines (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Garden City (Garden City, KS). The Buffaloes come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Garden City edged Pueblo East (Pueblo, CO), 58-26, in a non-league battle.
