Westwood Panthers (Fort Pierce, FL) basketball nipped the host
Okeechobee Brahmans (Okeechobee, FL),
56-54 in Friday's league test.
The Panthers (12-4) will now prepare for their test against
Glades Central (Belle Glade, FL). The Raiders go into the
4A District 14 test with a 10-5 record.
The Brahmans now own a 10-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to
Clewiston for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 20.
Okeechobee will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a
65-45 non-league win over
Immokalee (Immokalee, FL). The Tigers record now stands at 11-3.
