(December 3, 2011: Canyon, TX 79015) The Canyon Eagles topped the visiting Spearman Lynx basketball team by a final score of 36-21 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Randall Raiders (Amarillo, TX) in a 4A Region I District 3 game, on Friday, December 16. Canyon will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record.
With the defeat, Spearman moves to 5-2 on the year. The Lynx host Canadian (Canadian, TX) to face the Wildcats in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 6. The Wildcats enter the game with a record of 10-3. Canadian won 45-39 in their recent non-league game against Wellington (Wellington, TX)
