(February 3, 2012: North Las Vegas, NV 89032) Cheyenne Desert Shields (North Las Vegas, NV) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Arbor View Aggies (Las Vegas, NV), 59-51 in a league bout.

With the win, Cheyenne upgrades its record to 12-11 on the season. The Desert Shields travel to Palo Verde (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Panthers in a Sunset - Northwest bout on Monday, February 6. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 16-3. Palo Verde won 80-52 in their recent league bout against Shadow Ridge (Las Vegas, NV)

Next up, the Aggies play the Shadow Ridge Mustangs (Las Vegas, NV) in a Sunset - Northwest bout, on Monday, February 6. Arbor View will attempt to upgrade on its 10-13 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 9-9 record after their 80-52 league loss to Palo Verde (Las Vegas, NV).
