(December 16, 2011: Mansfield, TX 76063) Mansfield Timberview Wolves (Arlington, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Mansfield Legacy Broncos (Mansfield, TX), 65-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Mansfield Timberview improves its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Wolves host Mansfield (Mansfield, TX) to play the Tigers in a 5A Region I District 5 challenge on Tuesday, December 20. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 15-3. Mansfield won 63-36 in their recent league challenge against Midlothian (Midlothian, TX)

Next up, the Broncos play the Cedar Hill Longhorns (Cedar Hill, TX) in a 5A Region I District 5 challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Mansfield Legacy will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a 13-3 record after their 53-30 league loss to Duncanville (Duncanville, TX).
