Ohio High School Basketball - Geneva prevails North

(December 10, 2011: Geneva, OH 44041) Geneva Eagles (Geneva, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting North Rangers (Eastlake, OH), 52-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Geneva upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Eagles host South (Willoughby, OH) to encounter the Rebels in a Premier bout on Wednesday, December 21. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 3-0.

Next up, the Rangers encounter the Lakeside Dragons (Ashtabula, OH) in a Premier bout, on Wednesday, December 14. North will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Dragons go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 34-22 league loss to South (Willoughby, OH).
