Florida High School Football - Hudson trounced by Gulf

(October 25, 2008: New Port Richey, FL 34652) The Gulf Buccaneers walloped the visiting Hudson Cobras football team by a count of 59-22 in Saturday's league outing.

With the win, Gulf upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Buccaneers travel to Zephyrhills (Zephyrhills, FL) to confront the Bulldogs in a 3A District 8 outing on Friday, October 31. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 3-4. Zephyrhills won 21-6 in their recent league outing against Wiregrass Ranch (Wesley Chapel, FL)

With the loss, Hudson moves to 2-5 on the season. The Cobras travel to Sunlake (Land O'Lakes, FL) to confront the Seahawks in a 3A District 8 outing on Friday, October 31. The Seahawks go into the outing with a record of 1-6. Sunlake lost 30-0 in their recent non-league outing against Pasco (Dade City, FL)
