Missouri High School Basketball - Rich Hill prevails Lakeland

(February 10, 2012: Rich Hill, MO 64779) Rich Hill Tigers (Rich Hill, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lakeland Vikings (Deepwater, MO), 51-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Rich Hill upgrades its record to 16-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Osceola (Osceola, MO) to play the Indians in a Western Missouri bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 13-7. Osceola won 52-50 in their recent non-league bout against Hermitage (Hermitage, MO)

Next up, the Vikings play the Montrose Blue Jays (Montrose, MO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Lakeland will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record. The Blue Jays go into the bout with a 3-16 record after their 59-55 league loss to Northeast Vernon County (Walker, MO).
