Oregon High School Basketball - Central Catholic overwhelms Barlow

(January 17, 2012: Gresham, OR 97080) Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Central Catholic Rams (Portland, OR) and the host Barlow Bruins (Gresham, OR), saw Central Catholic's basketball squad trounce Barlow by a score of 81-31.

With the victory, Central Catholic improves its record to 15-1 on the campaign. The Rams host St. Mary's Academy (Portland, OR) to play the Blues in a 6A Mt. Hood challenge on Friday, January 20. The Blues come into the challenge with a record of 11-5. St. Mary's Academy won 78-43 in their recent league challenge against Centennial (Gresham, OR)

Next up, the Bruins play the Douglas Scots (Portland, OR) in a 6A Mt. Hood challenge, on Friday, January 20. Barlow will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record. The Scots come into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 42-40 league win over Reynolds (Troutdale, OR).
