Berkeley went into the half with a 1-0 lead from a goal from freshmen Mark Biddinger. Biddinger got his head on the ball from a corner kick served in by Eri Jacobs. Game was even in possession and chances.
Second Quarter Summary:
Berkeley Prep picked up the pace in the second half and scored 4 unanswered goals. Goals were scored by Eri Jacobs, who hot a spectualr free kick from 25 yards out to beat the diving Hurricane keeper. TJ Roehn added two more insurance goals late into the half, one off his head on a deflected shot and another on a through ball from Eri Jacobs. Jd Post scored the 5th and last goal for the Bucs on a screamer just inside the 18 yard box, top corner on the far post. Palm Harbor scored one late to try and mount a comeback, but the Berkeley prep Buccaneers win their first ever High school Invitational tournament(Premier Division)
