(October 10, 2008: Ruskin, FL ) The Lennard football team (Ruskin, FL), was beaten 44-31 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Bishop Verot Vikings (Fort Myers, FL)

The Vikings (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Neumann (Naples, FL). The Celtics come into the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Neumann achieved victory over Moore Haven (Moore Haven, FL), 25-6, in a league challenge.

The now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Tampa Bay Tech for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 16. Lennard will meet a Titans team coming off a 45-6 league loss to Armwood (Seffner, FL). The Titans record now stands at 5-1.
