Minnesota High School Volleyball - New Ulm Cathedral overwhelmed by Sleepy Eye
(September 29, 2011: Sleepy Eye, MN 56085) In Thursday's league test, the host Sleepy Eye Indians volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the New Ulm Cathedral Greyhounds.
The Indians now have a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Loyola for a non-league test on Monday, October 3. Sleepy Eye will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Blooming Prairie (Blooming Prairie, MN). The Crusaders record now stands at 3-11.
The Greyhounds (4-10) will now prepare for their test against Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart (Hector, MN). The Mustangs enter the Tomahawk test with a 7-9 record. In their last test, Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart was knocked off by Wabasso (Wabasso, MN), 3-2, in a league test.
