California High School Volleyball - Simi Valley routed by Newbury Park
(October 27, 2011: Newbury Park, CA 91320) The Simi Valley Pioneers volleyball team (Simi Valley, CA), was dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Newbury Park Panthers (Newbury Park, CA)
The Panthers (10-18) will now prepare for their challenge against Westlake (Westlake Village, CA). The Warriors enter the Marmonte challenge with a 26-8 record. In their last challenge, Westlake defeated Agoura (Agoura, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Pioneers meet the Agoura Chargers (Agoura, CA) in a Marmonte challenge, on Tuesday, November 1. Simi Valley will attempt to move on its 5-15 season record. The Chargers enter the challenge with a 8-15 record after their 3-1 league loss to Westlake (Westlake Village, CA).
