Florida High School Basketball - Father Lopez trounces Master's Academy
(January 20, 2012: Daytona Beach, FL 32124) The Father Lopez Green Waves (Daytona Beach, FL) basketball crushed the visiting Master's Academy Eagles (Oviedo, FL), 63-21 in Friday's league test.
The Green Waves (23-2) will now prepare for their test against Lake Brantley (Altamonte Springs, FL). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 12-8 record. In their last test, Lake Brantley was trounced by Lake Highland Prep (Orlando, FL), 54-48, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they host Forest Lake Academy for a non-league test on Monday, January 23. Master's Academy will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 51-42 non-league loss to Mount Dora Bible (Mount Dora, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 10-9.
