(February 3, 2012: Palos Verdes Estates, CA 90274) Palos Verdes Sea Kings (Palos Verdes Estates, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the visiting Palos Verdes Peninsula Panthers (Rolling Hills Estates, CA), 57-40 in a league bout.

With the victory, Palos Verdes upgrades its record to 14-9 on the campaign. The Sea Kings travel to Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, CA) to play the Sea Hawks in a Bay bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Sea Hawks come into the bout with a record of 12-13. Redondo Union lost 35-34 in their recent league bout against West (Torrance, CA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA) in a Bay bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Palos Verdes Peninsula will attempt to upgrade on its 14-11 season record. The Mustangs come into the bout with a 12-14 record after their 45-33 league win over Leuzinger (Lawndale, CA).
