Florida High School Basketball - Estero crushes Immokalee

(January 20, 2012: Estero, FL 33928) Estero Wildcats (Estero, FL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Immokalee Indians (Immokalee, FL), 55-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Estero upgrades its record to 12-11 on the season. The Wildcats host Cypress Lake (Fort Myers, FL) to encounter the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 1-14. Cypress Lake lost 57-24 in their recent league bout against Cape Coral (Cape Coral, FL)

Next up, the Indians encounter the Lely Trojans (Naples, FL) in a 5A District 14 bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Immokalee will attempt to upgrade on its 2-16 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 15-7 record after their 51-37 league win over East Lee County (Lehigh Acres, FL).
