(October 22, 2010: Magnolia, TX 77353) The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Waller Bulldogs (Waller, TX) and the host Magnolia Bulldogs (Magnolia, TX), observed Waller's football squad defeat Magnolia by a count of 35-17.
The Bulldogs now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Stratford for a 4A Region III District 17 contest on Friday, October 29. Waller will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 34-28 league win over Magnolia West (Magnolia, TX). The Spartans record now stands at 5-3.
The Bulldogs (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Brenham (Brenham, TX). The Cubs enter the 4A Region III District 17 match with a 8-0 record. In their last match, Brenham ran past Northbrook (Houston, TX), 48-6, in a league match.
