Texas High School Basketball - Heritage falls to Bowie

(November 15, 2011: Colleyville, TX 76034) The Bowie Volunteers basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Heritage Panthers to 37 in the Volunteers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Volunteers now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bridgeport for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 15. Bowie will confront a Bulls team coming off a 59-37 non-league loss to Hirschi (Wichita Falls, TX). The Bulls record now stands at 0-1.

The Panthers (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty (Frisco, TX). The Redhawks enter the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Liberty ran past Wylie (Wylie, TX), 53-49, in a non-league contest.
