Texas High School Basketball - Granbury edges Stephenville
(December 10, 2011: Stephenville, TX 76401) The Granbury Pirates (Granbury, TX) basketball nipped the host Stephenville Yellowjackets/Honeybees (Stephenville, TX), 67-60 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Pirates (14-4) will now prepare for their test against Burleson (Burleson, TX). The Elks go into the 4A Region I District 7 test with a 13-4 record. In their last test, Burleson got by North Lamar (Paris, TX), 46-43, in a non-league test.
The Yellowjackets/Honeybees now own a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they host Triple A Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 13.
