Crystal River Pirates (Crystal River, FL) basketball knocked off the visiting
South Sumter Raiders (Bushnell, FL),
56-38 in Friday's league test.
The Pirates (2-2) will now prepare for their test against
North Marion (Citra, FL). The Colts go into the
4A District 6 test with a 0-3 record. In their last test,
North Marion was beaten by
Citrus (Inverness, FL),
71-29, in a league test.
The Raiders now own a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host
Leesburg for a non-league test on Saturday, December 1.
South Sumter will clash with a Yellowjackets squad coming off a
56-32 league loss to
Forest (Ocala, FL). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 0-2.
