Sterling Rangers basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the host
Northeast Christian Warriors to 60 in the Rangers non-league victory on Friday.
The Rangers now sport a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to
Barbers Hill for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 8.
Sterling will meet a Eagles team coming off a
61-51 non-league loss to
Strake Jesuit (Houston, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 5-2.
The Warriors (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against
O'Connell (Galveston, TX). The Buccaneers come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest,
O'Connell was defeated by
Mt. Carmel (Houston, TX),
54-51, in a league contest.
