(February 3, 2012: Seaside, OR 97138) Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Banks Braves (Banks, OR) and the host Seaside Seagulls (Seaside, OR), saw Banks's basketball squad trounce Seaside by a score of 55-33.

With the victory, Banks improves its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Braves host Tillamook (Tillamook, OR) to battle the Cheesemakers in a 4A Cowapa challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Cheesemakers come into the challenge with a record of 13-2. Tillamook won 53-33 in their recent league challenge against Astoria (Astoria, OR)

Next up, the Seagulls battle the Yamhill-Carlton Tigers (Yamhill, OR) in a 4A Cowapa challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Seaside will attempt to improve on its 10-10 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 10-9 record after their 43-30 league loss to Scappoose (Scappoose, OR).
