Texas High School Basketball - Skyline thwarts Boyd

(December 13, 2011: McKinney, TX 75070) The Skyline Raiders (Dallas, TX) basketball felled the host Boyd Broncos (McKinney, TX), 51-33 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Raiders (11-2) will now prepare for their test against Berkner (Richardson, TX). The Rams go into the 5A Region II District 9 outing with a 9-1 record. In their last outing, Berkner gained a win over Samuell (Dallas, TX), 63-24, in a league outing.

The Broncos now own a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Garland for a 5A Region II District 10 outing on Friday, December 16. Boyd will encounter a Colonels squad coming off a 58-24 league loss to Sachse (Sachse, TX). The Colonels record now stands at 4-8.
