Oklahoma High School Basketball - Marshall nips Harrah
(January 21, 2012: Oklahoma City, OK 73114) Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Marshall Bears (Oklahoma City, OK) and the visiting Harrah Panthers (Harrah, OK), saw Marshall's basketball squad hold off Harrah by a score of 49-43.
With the victory, Marshall improves its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Bears host Oklahoma Christian (Edmond, OK) to battle the Saints in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 2. The Saints come into the challenge with a record of 6-8.
Next up, the Panthers battle the Piedmont Wildcats (Piedmont, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Harrah will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 64-59 non-league loss to Bethany (Bethany, OK).
