The Mustangs now possess a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Forney for a 4A Region II District 10 battle on Friday, December 14. Pearce will battle a Jackrabbits team coming off a 71-64 non-league win over Ferris (Ferris, TX). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 9-5.

The Trojans (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against MacArthur (Irving, TX). The Cardinals come into the 5A Region I District 7 battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, MacArthur prevailed over Ennis (Ennis, TX), 66-55, in a non-league battle.
