(January 20, 2012: Irving, TX 75062) In Friday's league outing, the MacArthur Cardinals (Irving, TX) basketball squad beat the visiting Richland Rebels (North Richland Hills, TX), by a count of 66-51.
The Cardinals (26-2) will now prepare for their outing against Irving (Irving, TX). The Tigers go into the 5A Region I District 6 outing with a 1-22 record. In their last outing, Irving was topped by Trinity (Euless, TX), 63-9, in a league outing.
The Rebels now hold a 14-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Irving for a 5A Region I District 6 outing on Friday, January 27.
