Illinois High School Basketball - Mundelein topples South
(January 21, 2012: Crystal Lake, IL 60014) In Saturday's non-league outing, the Mundelein Mustangs (Mundelein, IL) basketball squad beat the host South Gators (Crystal Lake, IL), by a count of 57-42.
The Mustangs (6-11) will now prepare for their outing against Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL). The Scouts go into the North Suburban - Lake outing with a 2-8 record.
The Gators now hold a 8-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Huntley for a Fox Valley - Valley outing on Wednesday, January 25. South will encounter a Red Raiders squad coming off a 52-30 non-league loss to Hoffman Estates (Hoffman Estates, IL). The Red Raiders record now stands at 11-8.
