(January 17, 2009: Pittsburgh, PA 15205) The DuBois Central Catholic Cardinals basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Canevin Catholic Crusaders to 61 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cardinals now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brockway for a Allegheny Mountain - Southern contest on Tuesday, January 20. DuBois Central Catholic will confront a Rovers team coming off a 47-44 non-league win over Johnsonburg (Johnsonburg, PA). The Rovers record now stands at 6-6.
The Crusaders (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against North Catholic (Pittsburgh, PA). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 12-0 record.
