The Hurricanes now hold a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Francis Catholic for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 10. Bishop McLaughlin Catholic will meet a Wolves squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Bishop McLaughlin Catholic (Spring Hill, FL). The Wolves record now stands at 0-1.

First Quarter Summary:
The Hurricane flexed their offensive might early peppering the Calvary Christian keeper Georgeades with a barage of shots. Georgeades was up to the task early making several sparkling saves by virtue of sound technical positioning. Corrie Bexley provided the first half scoring for the Hurricanes with a hat trick with assists from Addessi, Maramara and Kyle respectively. The Hurricane defense was stingy and yielded only a few Calvary Christian charges into their defensive third of the field.
Second Quarter Summary:
The Hurricanes continued their dominance in the second half. Liberal Hurricane substitutions ensured that the underclassmen had an opportunity to contribute with significant playing time. Houseman provided two second half goals with assists from Kyle and Kaplan. Jessie Bexley, given a rare opportunity to play up front,netted a goal with an assist from Housman and Valdispino finished the scoring assisted by Vlk. Suarez-Solar took over the goal keeping duties at the 45 minute mark to preserve the Hurrican shut out.
