New Jersey High School Basketball - St. Joseph edges Seton Hall Prep

(January 7, 2012: Metuchen, NJ 08840) The St. Joseph Falcons (Metuchen, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting Seton Hall Prep Pirates (West Orange, NJ), 61-59 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Falcons (8-1) will now prepare for their test against Piscataway (Piscataway, NJ). The Chiefs go into the Greater Middlesex - Red test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Piscataway was tipped by Plainfield (Plainfield, NJ), 69-51, in a non-league test.

The Pirates now own a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shabazz for a Super Essex - American test on Tuesday, January 10.
