Texas High School Basketball - Marble Falls falls to Cedar Park
(January 3, 2012: Marble Falls, TX 78654) The Cedar Park Timberwolves basketball team scored 39 points and held the host Marble Falls Mustangs to 30 in the Timberwolves league triumph on Tuesday.
The Timberwolves now sport a 15-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Round Rock Westwood for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. Cedar Park will confront a Warriors team coming off a 68-26 league loss to Pflugerville (Pflugerville, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 8-17.
The Mustangs (11-11) will now prepare for their contest against Rouse (Leander, TX). The Raiders enter the 4A Region IV District 25 contest with a 11-12 record. In their last contest, Rouse ran past Dripping Springs (Dripping Springs, TX), 33-26, in a league contest.
