(January 16, 2009: Northglenn, CO 80260) In Friday's league outing, the Fort Collins Lambkins (Fort Collins, CO) basketball squad edged the host Northglenn Norsemen (Northglenn, CO), by a count of 44-43.

The Lambkins (10-3) will now prepare for their outing against Poudre (Fort Collins, CO). The Impalas go into the 5A Front Range outing with a 3-9 record. In their last outing, Poudre was tipped by Legacy (Broomfield, CO), 43-33, in a league outing.

The Norsemen now hold a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Horizon for a 5A Front Range outing on Tuesday, January 20. Northglenn will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 37-36 league loss to Boulder (Boulder, CO). The Hawks record now stands at 1-9.
