Mississippi High School Basketball - Presbyterian Christian falls to East Rankin Academy

(January 26, 2012: Hattiesburg, MS 39401) The East Rankin Academy Patriots basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Presbyterian Christian Bobcats to 45 in the Patriots league triumph on Thursday.

The Patriots now sport a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jackson Prep for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 31.

Next up, the Bobcats play the Starkville Academy Volunteers (Starkville, MS) in a MAIS AAA II District 2 bout, on Saturday, January 28. Presbyterian Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 10-13 season record. The Volunteers come into the bout with a 5-14 record after their 45-35 league loss to East Rankin Academy (Pelahatchie, MS).
