(February 2, 2012: Andover, MN 55304) In Thursday's non-league outing, the Andover Huskies (Andover, MN) basketball squad nipped the visiting Minneapolis South Tigers (Minneapolis, MN), by a margin of 47-43.
The Huskies (12-10) will now prepare for their outing against Centennial (Circle Pines, MN). The Cougars go into the Northwest Suburban outing with a 14-6 record. In their last outing, Centennial was tipped by Blaine (Blaine, MN), 53-49, in a league outing.
The Tigers now own a 6-15 record. They take the field next when they travel to Washburn for a Minneapolis City outing on Thursday, February 2. Minneapolis South will clash with a Millers squad coming off a 63-56 non-league win over Prairie Seeds Academy (Brooklyn Park, MN). The Millers record now stands at 10-7.
