Washington High School Basketball - Mount Si fells Interlake

(January 28, 2012: Snoqualmie, WA 98065) Mount Si Wildcats (Snoqualmie, WA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the visiting Interlake Saints (Bellevue, WA), 54-40 in a league bout.

With the victory, Mount Si upgrades its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Bellevue (Bellevue, WA) to play the Wolverines in a 2A/3A KingCo bout on Monday, January 30. The Wolverines come into the bout with a record of 8-8.

Next up, the Saints play the Mercer Island Islanders (Mercer Island, WA) in a 2A/3A KingCo bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Interlake will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record. The Islanders come into the bout with a 3-14 record after their 57-39 league win over Sammamish (Bellevue, WA).
