Texas High School Basketball - Porter ripped by Huntsville
(December 16, 2011: Porter, TX 77365) The Huntsville Hornets basketball squad scored 80 points and limited the host Porter Spartans to 43 in the Hornets league win on Friday.
With the win, Huntsville upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Hornets travel to Caney Creek (Conroe, TX) to play the Panthers in a 4A Region III District 18 bout on Friday, January 20. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 3-6.
Next up, the Spartans play the Caney Creek Panthers (Conroe, TX) in a 4A Region III District 18 bout, on Friday, January 13. Porter will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record.
